In addition to weapons training, Gino has developed and delivered instruction across a wide range of operational tradecraft, including surveillance and countersurveillance, surreptitious entry, threat assessment, counter-custody techniques, and field intelligence methodology. His approach combines technical proficiency with real-world application, providing clients and teams with relevant, experience-based skills for high-threat and sensitive environments.

He is also involved in the development and instruction of drone operations, with experience in both deployment and counter-drone technologies. He holds federal firearms licenses, special occupational tax permits, and federal explosive permits, and he actively consults on weapons R&D projects involving product development and field testing.
